Contact-Free Capacitive Level SwitchSensortechnics’ new CLW series detects point levels of liquids and granular or pulverised materials without contacting the media. The user can easily adjust a high and low switch point with a hysteresis of less than 25 mm. The CLW device uses a new non-invasive capacitive sensor technology and allows for complete media compatibility and sterility. Due to its miniature size these level switches can be perfectly integrated into OEM devices. The CLW sensor can be mounted to the outside of a container or vessel and is able to measure through almost any non-metallic wall material. The level switch is highly flexible and can be easily calibrated to measure to the desired levels, media and application set-up. UPS Miniature ultrasonic sensorsSNT Sensortechnik AG: Many industrial applications can be solved with the miniature ultrasonic sensors series UPS, where optical, inductive or capacitive sensors might have problems with detection. Furthermore with the UPS sensors with analogue output a precise distance or level measurement can be realized, with a precision of approx. 0.3mm, with 0…10V or 4…20mA output. The special version “FOCUS Beam” (center on picture) has a focusing device for the ultrasound. It has been particularly successful in various applications. It proved its advantage in the detection through very narrow openings. Since the FOCUS Beam does not have any disadvantageous blind range, one can place it very close (few millimeters only) to the opening of a cavity. There the beam is only 3mm wide in diameter. Level Sensor Series LS03MEDER electronic AG: Three new versions of Level Sensor Series LS03 have been introduced into the market to meet the wider demands of our customers for special applications. These new versions are LS03 DL, GZ and GK. Castello offers a user-friendly way to represent the pressure measurement at the bottom of a tank as the quantity of remaining liquid. At the push of a button, the microprocessor performs the calculations using the information of the tank shape and dimensions and displays the remaining tank content quantity on the clearly legible 5-digit LED display in the desired unit (litres, gallons etc.). The easy to use software to configure Castello is free of charge. It contains the most current tank shapes. Other tank shapes can be easily integrated at the factory.
